LEDERVÆRK
From leading on routine to leading on talent
You have the experience as a leader – but do you know your own talent-based leadership?
As an experienced leader, you have found your style, and you know what usually works. But the longer you have led, the greater the risk that you lead out of habit rather than conscious choice – and that your very experience becomes the shadow that prevents you from seeing what actually motivates and develops the people you lead.
The transition from leading on routine to leading on talent is not about learning from scratch, but about making the unconscious conscious. It raises a number of dilemmas that experienced leaders often recognize:

On the LEDERVÆRK program, you get the opportunity to turn your experience into conscious, talent-based leadership, where you start from what you and your employees are naturally good at – instead of leading out of habit or by a template that fits no one. Through the TT38 talent profile, you get a concrete language for your own talents, preferences and shadow sides, and you become sharper on how your natural style affects the people you lead – including those you normally find hard to reach. You get tools for communication and feedback that land differently from employee to employee, and you train the ability to spot talents and put them into play, so that motivation and engagement become something you actively create – not something you leave to routine.
Along the way, you free yourself from the habits and roles that once worked but may now stand in the way of development – and you free your employees from having to fit into your preferred leadership style. Instead, you learn to compose and distribute tasks according to talent, make room for diversity in your leadership team, and use coaching as a tool to create results through others rather than delivering them yourself. With practical exercises in trust, sparring and learning circles, you build the influence that makes employees dare to take ownership – even when you are not in the room yourself.
LEDERVÆRK challenges you to actively decide what kind of leader you want to be going forward – not based on routine, but based on your own talents, shadow sides and experiences from everyday work. Throughout the program, you work with your own development plan and your personal guideposts, so that you continuously anchor new leadership habits in practice. You are not (just) a leader who does what you have always done, but a leader who leads on talent.
Program
LEDERVÆRK is structured in three modules – Foundation, Momentum and Transformation – that together span approximately six months and five course days. Each module combines theory and method with practical assignments, and you work continuously with cases from your own everyday work. Along the way, you receive feedback from the instructor and the other participants, and you spar with other leaders – across organizations, if you take part in an open class. Between the modules, you continue working with your own development plan, learning log and concrete exercises, so that the learning is anchored in practice before you attend the next module.
Target group
LEDERVÆRK is aimed at you who already have experience leading and who want to develop your leadership further – whether you are relatively new in the role, about to take on expanded people responsibility, or are an experienced leader. What most participants have in common is that they are skilled and experienced, but lack clarity about their own talent-based leadership, and about how they can consciously use diversity in their leadership team or team to create better results instead of leaning on habitual thinking.
